A innocent mistake disturbed my whole trip. On April 14, I booked the hotel when I was flying to changsha, accidentally selected May 14, it’s a non-refundable booking. When I arrived the hotel, the front desk told me my mistake and said there’s no more room for the April 14, I had to find another hotel to stay in the midnight. Then I contacted Expedia, and they helped contact the hotel, first they said they need the supervisor to approve. Three days later Expedia told me the hotel refused to refund any money since it was a non refund. May 14 I was traveling to the U.S., still through Expedia, unfortunately there’s not many choices. This is the worst thing I never had in my thousands of travel experiences. Hope other travellers avoid this trap, it is really looks like rip your money . In the name of “Hilton”
