Great location, quiet. Close to Grand Canal, transportation, restaurants. Laura the concierge was so helpful. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

Average hotel
Central location from train station and water buses. Restaurants not far to walk and the hotel fronts a canal. Wonderful hotel with breakfast included. The room was small and the mattress was very hard. They need to put curtains that cover the whole window. Only disappointed with the shower water pressure otherwise the bathroom was modern and spacious. Our view was a brick wall however a canal view would have made our staff better. Overall, 2* hotel was perfect for the short stay.

The hotel is in a perfect location. Close to the train station (2 bridges, 5 minute walk). The hotel is on a smaller canal but very close to the grand canal. Our room was very quiet when we had the door closed (we had a balcony) but open, we enjoyed hearing the water and hustle and bustle of Venice. Breakfast was very good with many pastries, fruits, yogurts, meat and cheese offerings. There were dozens of restaurants nearby plus stores for picking up snacks and drinks. We would definitely stay again.

This place was amazing. Absolutely inspired throughout and full of thoughtful touches. Blows any standard chain hotel out of the water. Why do they even exist when there are places life this?

Gute Lage, vom Bahnhof gut zu erreichen, nah an der nächsten Haltestelle vom Wasserbus. Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück eher einfach und viel in Plastik verpackt. Zu Fuß ins Zentrum dauert es etwas.

Hotel muito típico de Veneza, em frente a um canal, próximo a estação de trem, aos vaporetos e para quem vai pegar cruzeiro, também fácil locomoção. Localização maravilhosa, cama boa, banheiro novinho. Café da manhã num lugar apertado mas gostamos da nossa estadia

The best part of my stay here was the hotel breakfast. Great spread of food. The room itself was fine - nothing special, but about what I expected given the price. We only stayed for one night after arriving late into the airport. Very conviently located from Piazzale Roma

Adorable boutique hotel
Great location by the train station or bus terminal. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The inside was very cute. Breakfast was yummy with inside and outside seating. The AC was the only thing lacking. But that’s pretty normal in Europe. Definitely would stay again or recommend to friends.

Wonderful Boutique Hotel, room was beautiful and very clean. Staff are attentive to guests. Breakfast was extremely nice with a very kind attendant. Lovely assortment of fruits and pastries and a fantastic coffee service. The location of this hotel is a great starting point for your visit to Venice. It is located extremely close to bus and train station and just a few stops away from the water taxis and gondolas

Nice Clean Hotel with good location
First time in Venice for two nights with my daughter. Hotel Gardena was a good fit for us - good location with everything we wanted to see very walkable. Hotel is older and has basic amenities but what I would expect in a Venice at a non-chain hotel. Most importantly it was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful Stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Gardena Hotel we had a second floor room overlooking the canal. It was remodeled and the bed was very comfortable. Receptionist at the front desk was pleasant and the breakfast was basic but very tasty. They stored our luggage until we were ready to catch the ferry and even gave me supplies to make name tags for by bags. Wonderful customer service and although it's a long walk to St Marks Square the location wasn't crowded and was beautiful.

We arrived by train and walked over several bridges (lots of stairs) to the hotel. It took us about 20 minutes with our heavy suitcases, you may want to hire a porter and cart! The hotel is just off the Grand Canal walkway. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Hotel check in was easy and they had friendly staff. They have an elevator! The room was small in a traditional European way with a comfortable bed. The shower.was a bit tight, if you dropped anything. The breakfast is extensive for a Continental breakfast, so yummy!
