We booked here because it was a great rate and included a kitchenette space. Check-in was easy, although the main entrance was so understated we thought it was a side entrance. We were given an adjoining room, which proved to be our downfall. Although the door was locked on both sides, there's no transitional barrier beneath and the rooms are all hard floors...so sound carries VERY clearly between the rooms.
For the second night of our stay, the people in the room next door kept us up almost all night with a variety of noises. With no one fully on duty at the main desk (things pretty much shut down from 10pm - 6am), there was no way to get a useful intervention.
Thankfully, canceling our stay one day early was also an easy process. That being said, I wouldn't recommend this facility for families. It's a mistake we won't be making again.
