The entire team there were extremely thoughtful and made our experience a beautiful one, we enjoyed our stay at the beautiful hotel minutes from the pyramids. Just remember it isn’t a walking distance they closed that entrance.

Amazing- don’t hesitate

If you were debating between this hotel and the Mena across the street, do not hesitate and book this one not only is it a quarter of the price everyone there is super helpful and you can just walk over to the Mena. We did it two nights in a row and felt comfortable doing so. The staff was able to get us a ride everywhere and helped with everything!

The rooms were very clean, food honestly average, but just 200 mtrs from marriot mena to walk and go but what made our stay even better was the two ladies at the front desk, they were so welcoming, polite and accomodating and always smiling. The staff accommodates your every need during your stay in Egypt.. Abado, arranged all my sight seeing trips. Jana my translator over the phone when ever I needed her. The staff were amazing and the room was clean and refreshed each day. There is a restaurant as part of the complex that offers a view of the pyramids and a small pool. Whilst the surrounding area offers little it is still only a ten min walk to the pyramids and the hotel courtyard is beautiful.

The room we got was spacious and the indoor swimming pool was great. The staff were friendly. Ahmed sent fruits to our room for my friend who was poorly at the time. He also asked for her well being throughout our stay. We also got free airport transfer from the hotel to the airport sorted by Abdul (staff/manager). He was hospitable and made sure we had a pleasant stay. He also sorted our boat cruise and tours. Whenever we needed anything, the staff were very helpful and readily available, delivering what we needed within minutes. One thing that could be improved is having hand rails for the steps at the very entrance to the hotel for the elderly.

Good hotel with 5 minutes walk to the Pyramids Room was nice and clean but balcony chairs were dirty. Breakfast was basic and OK, but tables and chairs could be better. No proper tables and chairs inside,only outside. Hotel staff was very nice and polite. Regards to Alla.
