"We got a room on the 26th floor. The views were BEYOND AMAZING. We barely wanted to leave the room:) Location is super convenient and amenities were nice. Front desk staff member Veronica is one exceptional professional with the best attitude and personality, which we appreciated. We didn’t get a chance to taste the restaurant of the hotel but had something from the lobby market shop and it was great. DEFINITELY staying here on our next trip to Philadelphia."
"The hotel is great, definitely expensive and not somewhere I could stay all of the time, but it was for a birthday. The parking fee is expensive so you may want to locate somewhere else to park, but other than that, I have no issues. The hotel is very clean, in a great location, and even though you're in a major city, when you're in the room, you can't hear the cars or noise outside. The bed is very comfortable, and we did have breakfast twice while we stayed there. A little confusing, at least for me, but the food, itself, was delicious. Great stay overall!"
"I like the location of the hotel, and parking was very convenient. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was a little disappointed that the restaurant wasn't open on Sunday the day we checked in. "
"The hotel is located in the perfect central area for walkability to every thing. The Reading Market is next door with lots of amazing food options. The Jefferson Septa train Station is a half block away for those taking the train to/from the airport.
The beds are very comfortable with high quality linens. The shower was great and had Kind brand products.
I didn't eat in the restaurant but I did get a food order to take back to my room and it was delicious!"
