I checked in at 3 pm and immediately noticed the property was not well-maintained; the lobby smelled of urine, and the cleanliness of the premises was questionable. Upon entering my room, I discovered that the toilet was clogged. I promptly called the property manager, who arranged for the maintenance team to address the issue later in the day.
Since I had to leave for a business meeting, I was not present when they came to fix it. Unfortunately, when I returned late that night, I found that while the toilet had been repaired, the maintenance team had left the bathroom floor covered in contaminated water. I contacted the manager again, only to be told that the cleaning team would not be available until the following morning.
Given the condition of the room and the lack of prompt attention to this matter, I was very disappointed with my stay and ultimately decided to cancel my reservation.
