Extremely unprofessional. The Wi-Fi is terrible, and the management is poor! The hot water in the shower only works intermittently. The driveway is too small for parking, and I believe someone hit my car with their door, leaving a small dent that wasn’t there before! After a long drive to Virginia, we booked again for a couple of days but had to leave due to a disagreement the receptionist had with my significant other. It was a busy day with graduation and festivals, so we had to drive 30 minutes away to find a hotel since everything in Front Royal was booked! After leaving for a couple of weeks, we booked online again. The next day we arrived that night to check in, they told us we couldn’t stay and would be refunded. If they knew that, why couldn’t they just call the number I used to book or cancel the reservation instead of accepting it? Instead, it was three workers in front waiting until we came in to check in to turn us right back around! I booked one day in advance; everything could’ve been avoided if they could’ve let me know ahead of time instead of waiting until I came to turn me back around. I feel that we were racially profiled because we are Black! Good luck staying here.
