The negative reviews about this property are accurate and it appears they have done nothing to fix them. My biggest interaction with the staff at breakfast. For several days, breakfast items were un-stocked. It seems that once the hot food runs out, it does not get replenished. On my last day, a Wednesday, the breakfast buffet was un-stocked for 30 minutes, had no plates and places to sit were few and far between. After they restocked breakfast, as I was up to get some eggs I returned to my table only to find the server had cleared it and given it away to other guests. They serve yoghurt but they make no effort to keep it at the right temperature and leave it to sit out the entire breakfast service. That is unsafe. The few times I spoke to someone at the reception, they seemed bothered by the inquiry. Avoid checking in around 3 pm, one person works the desk and there were probably 10 people waiting to check in. My room was cleaned every day but the floor in the hallway and the faux wood floors in the rooms need to be vacuumed everyday. The walls are paper thin and even though they offer earplugs it does not make sense to wear them while talking on the phone, watching TV, etc. Now I know why they don’t include pictures of the bathrooms-the sink is outside in the room and when you shower and use the restroom you can get very claustrophobic. I knew the room was going to be small and that’s fine but the bathroom set up is awkward. Best experience was restaurant nearby.
