Avoid this hotel at any cost.
My friends and I had used this hotel room for Super Magfest 2025. Originally, we were quite happy with the room, though upon arrival, we did notice a stain on the couch, and the pullout mattress had a brown stain on it. My friend didn't mind it since it was small and figured the hotel staff already known about.
Our stay went fine, the beds were not too stiff, and the room was enough to accommodate three people. On the last day when we checked out, I had gotten a room damage fee charge on my credit card. When I called to ask why I was charged that fee, I was told that it was due to damages done to the mattress.
I had explained that we never damaged anything to the mattress, and we didn't drop any food or drink on it. They of course, claimed that the mattress had been damaged due to the brown stain left from before, and claiming it was left damp. When I contested this, they forwarded me to their manager, whom never answered their phone.
With all said and done, I issued a charge back to my card and got it removed. I usually have good experiences with Marriott. This one, however, was one of the worst. I can not recommend this Springhill Suite since they tried to scam me for damage I nor my friends had committed. Marriott is a good brand, but this hotel is run by folks who want to extort money out of you. Stay clear.
