This hotel was very well maintained and the staff were exceptional. It is a short walk to restaurants and shopping.

Un grand merci à Nikki pour son accueil et son professionnalisme, merci également à Sonia et toutes l'équipe qui ont été disponibles. L'hôtel est très agréable au calme avec de bonnes prestations. Le personnel est disponible et réactif aux demandes.

Loved our stay here. Gorgeous modern rooms with quirky themes. Amazing breakfast with lots of options and fresh byrek and coffee every morning. Would stay again!

1000% will return to this property!! The female staff from the front desk, kitchen and cleaning crew were all top notch!! They were very helpful, nice, friendly, making for a great day and night each day I saw them. The sea view rooms are huge and beautiful. The food displayed for breakfast selections were beautiful too. DO NOT MISS OUT on this hidden gem of a hotel!!

Tekrar Sarande’ye gelirsem başka bir yer bakmadan burayı tercih edeceğim, personelleri çok nazik ve ilgiliydi teşekkür ediyorum hepsine. Otel yeni gibiydi, odası ve banyosu bakımlı ve temizdi. Kahvaltısı oldukça çeşitliydi, isteğe göre omlet de yapıyolar. Çatı katında bar da vardı ancak her gece dışarda olduğumuz için deneme fırsatımız olmadı. Genel olarak çok memnum kaldım tavsiye ederim.

We had a lovely stay. Decor of the hotel is gorgeous, everything seemed brand new. Room was a great size and shower pressure was great. All the staff were amazing, no friendly and genuinely helpful. Lovely receptionist went out of their way to help us with a taxi to the bus terminal as our tickets didn’t have any address. Would 100% recommend. The only issue we had on the first day was the electric cut out 4 times ( not the day of the storm) but all was sorted an hour later. Breakfast was also surprisingly great, lots of choice and make to order eggs. Lovely stay

The luxury suite exceeded our expectations. The staff on premise were so nice and helpful. The hotel is a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. Quiet and safe and night. Would absolutely recommend to anyone coming to Sarrande.

The Collector was fantastic in every way-I can't say enough about it. It's the type of place that makes a trip go from good to amazing. The hotel is brand new and absolutely gorgeous-you can tell how much thought was put into the design with all of the details throughout the property. The rooms are large with ocean views and I don't know if I've even slept in a more comfortable hotel bed. The staff and family that owns the hotel are all lovely and went out of their way to help with every request. I happened to mention I enjoyed a homemade cake that was served at breakfast and when I got back that night there was a full plate waiting for me in my room.
