Friendly and helpful staff. It is near supermarket, cafes, restaurants and transport especially the airport bus.
We had stayed here in early June and had enjoyed our stay, but were disappointed with 8 full rubbish bins on the property and dirty laundry outside our door for the 3 days we stayed. We will be not be staying here again.

We arrived at apx 12.30. I had called when I made the booking to request we could use the room from 12 o’clock. The room wasn’t ready. I explained we had a function to attend at 2 o’clock and had to get ready. We were give another room which I was grateful for. The room was definitely not clean. Bedside table had rubbish in it, the floor in the bathroom was dirty and the shower had mould and dirt on the floor. The carpet was stained as well. I did not expect this from the reviews I read. Disappointed!

Good mid-range serviced apartment
Clean mid range apartment with wash machine freezer hob oven microwave dishwasher. Very convenient for Brighton shops & station. On busy junction so some traffic noise. No extractor in bathroom.

The room looked like it had not been cleaned as it had empty bottles and cans, the door looked like it had been broken into and the tv etc didn't work. Dirty dishes in the dish washer. Looked like someone was already stahing there. Felt unsafe.

Our booking was cancelled by the property as we were on our way to Melbourne because the room had been flooded. Unavoidable but extremely inconvenient.

This property was in absolutely poor condition. The curtains were broken, the couch was broken and propped up against the wall to steady it and it was badly torn. It also looked as if it had been scratched by cats. The walls are marked, damaged and the bathroom door even had a huge hole in the back of it. The skirting board look like they have never ever been vacuumed or wiped. Extremely poor and lazy cleaning.
The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes that had not been washed and there was not a tea towel to use to wipe the cups etc. The soap in the bathroom was still there from the previous tenants and the clean very poor. There was also no hot water with the hot tap only providing luke warm water and that was without even using the cold water tap.
The carpet is so badly stained, as are the dining chairs that had paint stains all over them as well.
The bed head is also so old that the vinyl was peeling off. To top all of this off the putrid smell in the apartment was very overwhelming.
Considering the great location and close proximity to Bay Street and all of its great amenities, we would definitely not recommend staying there.

We left to stay in a different hotel. We are not fussy people but our room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke which would trigger my husbands asthma. To make matters worse we only received a partial refund even though we booked a non smoking room. I do not recommend staying here.

Avoid
The photos of this property do not reflect the condition. There are holes in the walls, and large stains circular stains on the carpet. Also the cleanliness of the apartment is not maintained - black mould all through the shower we cleaned and unwashed bathroom floors. There was also a glowing patch on the ceiling above the bed.
The last point is that we arrived early and was told the room wasnt ready yet, however the receptionist handed over the key and said we could access anytime after 2pm. My girlfriend arrived at approximately 2.30pm and was on a work call when the receptionist let himself into the room, saw her and then promptly left without saying anything.

The one-bed apartment I had was a good size, but it was very tired and quite sparsely furnished. The crockery in the kitchen was not clean so I had to put it all through the dishwasher before I used it (no cutlery holder in it). There were about 10 forks but very few knives or spoons. The cereal bowls were too small.
I notified reception about bin liners being too small and no laundry powder and they did supply these, but I also mentioned half the lightbulbs in the lounge didn't work and the Fox cable channels weren't available and they did nothing about these issues.
I was staying for 2 weeks so I thought they could have addressed these things or at least come back to me and explained any problems. It wasn't up to me to chase.
There were notices in the room that sheets and towels would be replaced every 3 days - this didn't happen during the whole 2 weeks.
I felt that I paid a lot for this stay and I was very disappointed with the standard of care.
The apartment itself was in a good location for transport and it was good to have parking.
