A greatly changed hotel

This hotel is so changed, and some aspects of our stay were so unpleasant that I prefer, in a possible open review, not to go into much detail. I'll mention two things however. One that we found ourselves locked out on arrival; the other that we encountered quite remarkable rudeness and hostility from 'some' members of staff. Other than that, we really want to put the whole week in this hotel behind us.

Habe eine Nacht hier verbracht. Zimmer auf dem ersten Blick modern und sauber, auf dem zweiten staubig, Flecken an den Vorhängen, Fernseher ohne Empfang, Zimmer im Erdgeschoss Recht dunkel. Frühstück war Gut und ausreichend.

Für den Preis war die Übernachtung ok. Das Zimmer war groß, leider gab es ein paar Mängel (das Waschbecken war verstopft, eine Bettlampe war abgebrochen, es lag z. T.dicker Staub auf den Möbeln) War das Gebäude früher ein Altenheim? Oder bekamen wir ein Behindertenzimmer? Das Waschbecken war sehr niedrig. Das Frühstück war gut.

Kaum Personal anwesend und abgesehen von Frühstücken keine andere Optionen um etwas zu Essen (kein Restaurant). Im Lobby gibt es ein Kaffee Maschine aber sehr schlechte Qualität Kaffee. Cappuccino war ausgesprochen slecht. Auf Schirm von der Maschine wurde angedeutet das der Milch Behälter gereinigt werden sollte und die 2 Übernachtungen dass ich da war hat sich nichts geändert! Keiner hat sich darum gekümmert und dann €3,50 pro Tasse und nur für Hälfte gefüllt. Das stimmt nicht!

Café da manhã delicioso, facilidade no checkin, só seguir as instruções que eles mandam por e-mail, mesmo não sabendo Alemão deu tudo certo. Deixamos o carro na rua devido o valor do estacionamento. Super recomendo!

Fumaça e cheiro de Cigarros entram nos quartos

Péssimo Atendimento e instalações. Área de FUMANTES embaixo das janela, tanto na frente do hotel quanto na parte de trás do hotel, cheiro e fumaça entra no quarto caso a janela estiver aberta para ventilação. Solicitei a troca de quarto por esta razão e me colocaram em outro quarto também em cima de outra área de fumantes. Fui perguntar no Front Desk do hotel e informaram que toda área externa do hotel é de fumantes. Péssimo local para quem não gosta de cheiro de cigarros!!!

Leider war die Einfahrt zum Objekt zu steil zur Garage mein Auto hat den boden berührt. Wir hatten eigentlich ein Nichtraucher zimmer gebucht aber im Bad hatte offensichtlich jemand vor uns geraucht.
