It was an easy check-in. But we get in the room and the floor was dirty, there were socks from the prior guest in the bed, and there were small holes in the sheets. The next morning, we go to take a shower and there's no hot water in the shower. Sink was fine. The knob looked corroded and probably didn't turn far enough to allow warm water through. I called the front desk at 6am. Obviously woke the man up. Told him my predicament. He said, "I don't know anything about that." I said, "can we switch rooms? Get someone to fix it? Something." He said the rooms were all booked, maybe someone could come out in a couple hours. I said, "Ok, we'll be out all day. They can come in any time." We get in that night. Room was untouched. Checked the shower. Water got a little warm. Thought it was fixed. Get up the next morning and the water was cold. We used the sink water to help bathe. We check out. I complain again. He said he didn't know anything about it. I think he's who i talked with on the phone the morning prior. He said there's nothing he could do about it and nobody else complained about the water.
