The reception, although it was a small room was really easy to locate and the staff was helpful. They helped us easily locate our given apartment with a map in English and held our luggage until our check in time. The apartment itself was great, it had everything you need including a washing machine, iron, hairdryer and basically every kitchen utensil you may need. Although the apartment we had booked was located 1 minute away from the town centre so we had no need for the kitchen. Highly recommend.

very inconvenient if you have a car! Bloody impossible to find with standard rentacar GPS, and super complicated and inconvenient with parking, which is FAR away and also hard to find. The little dining table was dirty and sticky, there was no fan in the bathroom, and the mattress was terrible.

Good location for low cost

Excellent location in the old town. Good value for low cost. Overall positively surprised. Beds (1double, 1 single and 1 pull-out couch) are ok. Had own kitchen. Not a pleasant aptmt. To spend a lot of time in, quite simple. Shower was difficult to adjust and set a vomfortable temperature. No shampoo/shower gel - bring your own.

What an amazing stay we had! Clean, fantastic location, great price! The flat was a great size, beds very comfortable, clean and nice! Will definitely use again! Highly recommended

Really great stay. The only downside is the parking, you have to find a paid parking lot that's a little over 5 minutes away. The area is absolutely beautiful though. Highly recommend the old town area.

Great Accomodation.

Staff were friendly and veey helpful. Transfers to and from airport, easy and realiable. Location was fantastic, everything you need right on your doorstep.

Great place.

Apartment was large, easy to book in. Fantastic location to attractions. We were on 3rd floor unfortunately no lift. Although this was only a problem with suitcase, young girl on reception did offer to help. Building inside had character.

We have stayed in Apartment 9 and then 7 at Stolarska. Apartment no 7 was far better than 9 because the bathroom was in much better condition and there were more amenities. Both were big and in the heart of Krakow, also on a quiet street. It’s definitely a find and I’d stay there again. The reception staff were very helpful and the place was easily accessible.
