This hotel has a fantastic location. It is within walking distance of the cathedral, Plaza de Armas, San Pedro Market, and Clorinda Matto de Turner’s house. Plus, the building itself was a late 18th century mansion with lots of charm and modern conveniences. The service is excellent from both the hotel and the restaurant staff. The breakfast buffet has eggs and other warm foods as well as cereals and yogurt. Try the lúcuma flavor: it’s so yummy. If there are any drawbacks, one is its lack of elevator (But who wants to ruin this architectural gem?) and another is the slow WiFi. Neither issue undercuts how well

The staff was exceptionally thoughtful and caring. I was feeling very ill during my stay and was so grateful for the quick attention I received when necessary. Although I was traveling alone, being at the hotel meant that I could relax and know that I was safe. Thank you!

Enjoyed the grand courtyard ( star gazing ) and the smaller one adjacent to the bar area. Unique hotel as it is comprised of a number of Spanish style buildings. Fantastic location - close to the main square, Plaza de Armes, and all the other historical sites in Cusco.

As a former AAA hotel inspector for 22 years, I have to say, this was not your typical Ramada. It was a delightful surprise! Great location near the Plaza de Armas, free airport transportation, wonderful breakfast buffet, pleasant and clean rooms and great nightly live Peruvian music. I highly recommend this hotel.

The service was fantastic. Very nice, polite people. Also very well located Our room was smaller than we expected, and it was a bit noisy and hot at night. We had to open the window due to the room temperature, and then the noise was louder.

Beautiful hotel right in the centre of all the action! Only issue was that the shower was very weak and we had been really looking forward to it after having spent 4 days out on the inca trail without one at all. But overall would choose to stay there again if we ever visit again....breakfast eas excellent!

The hotel is clean and the colonial building is very pretty. Staff was courteous. However, most rooms are in an adjacent, more modern building that lacks character and upkeep. The rooms are small, the shower temperature varies constantly, the restaurant is gloomy and breakfast items that were supposed to be hot, were warm at most. The 2 elevators are small and one of them was out of service during our stay.
