Beautiful Stafford House
A really beautiful B&B. Inside castle grounds. Really exciting. Hazel the landlady was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. The breakfast was gorgeous. The room and bathroom was lovely. We would definitely go there again.

It was a lovely experience at Stafford Guest House. The nearest pub was 5 minutes away. Hazel is warm and welcoming and it was good to chat with her during breakfast. We will certainly come back again.

It doesn’t get any better than this. Our host was very gracious and friendly. She evokes a kinder, gentler, service-oriented era. We feel like cherished family members after staying for two nights. The gardens are beautiful and peaceful and we would love to spend more time here. Exceptional!

The hosts were really friendly, we were met outside in the car park and shown to our room. The communication regarding arrival time and offer to help with finding somewhere to eat before our stay added an extra level of care they put into their guests as well as the toiletries and fruit/drink options in the room. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Gorgeous room with a four poster bed and plenty of space with the shared "living room" area on the top floor. Lovely views from the room and i even saw a red squirrel outside. Definitely would stay here again.

Not even the word “perfect” would do this place justice. The location was absolutely stunning, the staff were amazing and very welcoming…and the room wow. Highly recommend visiting this hidden gem!

Great stay
Excellent stay. Hazel who owns the hotel was lovely and very attentive. The room was impressive and of a very high standard. The breakfast was exceptional with a very good choice of items and all were freshly cooked to order. Great surroundings and a lovely wel kept garden. A real pleasure to stay. Fantastic accommodation.
This property is stunning. The rooms are superb & tastefully decorated in keeping with this historic property . Everything about staying here is fantastic. The owners are fantastic, breakfast delicious, extremely comfortable accommodation. Just utter bliss.

Stafford House We had a wonderful stay with Hazel and Ian, what a beautiful setting and superb surroundings. The friendliest hosts we've ever stayed with. Room was perfect and the breakfasts were superb too.
