We originally booked the largest room, which was the family suite that sleeps 3 people, with one double bed and one twin bed. Instead we were given the smaller room, which only had one double bed. They gave us a TEMPORARY FOLDED twin bed, a SMALLER room, and wanted to charge us EXTRA since we had three people, rather than two. The receptionist said if we were unhappy with our room we needed to cancel our reservation. Her attitude was poor and unhelpful. I have already reserved the same original room months ago, the 517 sq ft family suite, for a future stay on October 4-6. Expedia needs to correct this and make sure this hotel gives us our correct accommodation for our future stay. Writing this to warn people in case the hotel ends up changing your reservation also, and have the same thing happen to other future guests.
