This place is a pure paradise. Gorgeous setting and absolutely relaxing. The resort restaurant is definitely 4 star. As for staff I wish there was a category greater than excellent. Everyone made us feel welcome and part of the community. We were definitely pampered. If you are looking for luxury, you MUST stay here.

Perfect place for a Silent Retreat!

The staff is amazing and the silence is a great feature in this hotel, allowing me the time and space I needed to decompress and relax. I felt like I was staying at the Fantasy Island. Puerto Rico is well known for its hospitality but this place is something else. Highly recommended and certainly, I'll be back soon!

We absolutely loved the Casita and food was excellent. The major issue with this resort is the lack of staff. We waited for at least two hours at every single meal which also included wrong food being delivered and wrong bills being handed out. This was very disappointing. This place has so much potential with more help.

The casita layout and amenities were nice. Every meal we had at the restaurant was wonderful but be sure that you have time for a leisurely paced meal. We had a fun lesson with the golf pro. The walking trail to the beach was nice. It is true that the casitas have noticeable wear and tear but that had minimal impact on our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great place for a peaceful and private vacation.
