Nice, clean hotel with great staff. I knocked one star off because the pool/hot tub heater was out. That is not the fault of the staff, IHG should get that fixed. Everything else was perfect!

Always a good place to stay while at the Butte Folk Festival. Great breakfast and nice pool area. Friendly staff. A few nicks and scratches as the rooms show their age but it is super clean.

A very nice employee checked us in late in the evening. Gave extra towels for disabled person. They closed breakfast at 9 am (different than what’s reported on the posting-9:30). We booked a king suite with disabled person accessibility. The accommodations in the bathroom were a shower chair and a very outdated, small tub. It was not functional for the disabled person with me. They could not independently reach the shampoo, conditioner, body wash that the hotel locks to the wall. They could not get out of the shower Safely. Their foot kept slipping on the inside of the shower when trying to lift their leg over. The floor tile was very slippery after the shower. We had to lay down about five towels. The towels only helped a little bit. It was still very slippery. In the end, had NOT a drop of warm water for my shower.
