The best thing about the hotel is its location.
From the first glance, the hotel seems alright. The room is comfortable, with a decent bed and a window that opens up to a charming view of the Armenian Street heritage area. The toilet bowl doesn't seem to have been scrubbed/cleaned regularly. The shower is clean, with good pressure. The check-in process is easy and painless. Parking isn't complimentary - you have to pay RM10/day for a spot, and it's given on the first-come-first-served basis.
I stayed there for 3 nights - couldn't sleep very well each night due to the noise. The rooms aren't soundproof, the walls are thin. There are facilities such as the ironing board placed at the common area outside by the atrium, and at night, as late as 1230am, you can hear from your room the sound of families chatting loudly, kids running around, and doors being banged shut.
