When we got there it took us two hours to check in when there was only 2 people in front of us, then we check in and they told us we didn’t pay for our room (which we did) they made us pay again. Then we get to our hotel room and the our mini fridge was leaking water, we called many times and they said “unplug it, we will send someone to look at it” they never did because there was at least 20 rooms with no AC (first priority, I get it) we never got our rooms cleaned, new towels, nothing! Our sheets were dirty. So our forth day there waking up, the hotel water went out around 6am and we had to check out by 9am and the wTer never came back. When we went to check out we got charged for more things. It was one of the most horrible experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel and I travel a lot! Please do not go there. Also the pool is slippery, you will fall so be careful and ALWAYS check your bill. The bathroom is apart from

Cuando llegamos, tardamos dos horas en hacer el check-in cuando solo había dos parejas delante de nosotros. Luego hicimos el check-in y nos dijeron que no habíamos pagado por nuestra habitación (lo cual hicimos) y nos hicieron pagar de nuevo.
