If you just need a place to sleep for a night or two it will do. Beds were old. Shower was a little dirty, batteries in tv remote were dying

Don’t waste your money!
The tube was not clean very well, the telephone didn’t work, bed was very uncomfortable, there were burn holes in the blanket, and the heat was blowing out cold air.

An Okay stay
Checkin was OK. Information was not offered. We had to ask everything. Room had been recently painted. The bathroom door hinges were loose. The spy hole in the door was missing and a piece of toilet paper stuffed in. The electrical socket at the sink did not work, and the sockets in the bedside lamp did not work.

We never got to stay. The hotel cancelled our reservation as a no show but never informed us till we showed up to check in. When asked what time the check in cut off time was we were jumping st given the answer of 3pm, so apparently the check in begins and ends at 3 pm. They cancelled our 2 night stay, refused to offer any refund, and then were magically booked and had no romes. The outside of the hotel was trashy and was grossly misrepresented on the app. It appears to be a "pay by the week" motel where people live. Think stereotypical movie trailer park applied to a motel. Hotels.com was no assistance with the refund at all and after placing me on a 3 min hold said they called the hotel and did everything they could. Between the rudeness of the hotel and very poor customer service from hotels.com and this not being the only hotel that was misrepresented on their site, I will be taking my years vacation needs someplace else.

Gross save your money!
Awful room, blood on the floors, walls and sheets. Toilet and shower were gross and dirty. Looks like they don’t clean the rooms they just go in make the bed and rent it out. Will never ever stay again.

We are aware of the get what you pay for aspect of business travel, but this was a lot. The rooms were dirty. Two rooms only had hand towels, no larger towels. There was definitely hair and dirt in every room. One room had an obvious serious incident occur in the room that resulted in a bathroom door being broken. Door wasn't replaced, it was poorly patched. There were burn holes in bedding. Also, for double rooms there was one bar of soap. We recommend that you stay anywhere else.

I was put in a room with no microwave or refrigerator when asked it took two days and once they brought one to my room it was infested with roaches so bad that they had to switch my room for the third time I was there from Friday to Monday and switched rooms three time Ana’s they all were horrible staff isn’t helpful at all and don’t care about the people renting rooms the sheets were dirty I had to bring my own because when asked for staff tk change the dirty linens I was told they were changed before I booked the rooms are dirty and not kept up this place is a horrendous place

The room was dirty full of dog hair and you couldn't walk barefoot and the bathtub was broken and leaked the water, but the bathroom also stank of urine and the curtain was yellow from all the people's urine. It was a complete waste of cleanliness, they have to keep the place clean and it wasn't like that.
