I love Dothan. It is big lil city and friendly people. Great weather and a lot of fun things to do. Great playgrounds for kids, yummy restaurants and grocery, good shopping. I love its only a quick trip to the beach too.

Its full of businesses, shopping, restaurants, family oriented parks, sports, churches and much more. Some commercial and some locally owned. Friendly people. There are many hotels. I've tried most. Sleep in to me rates about 5th place. Price is ok.

Don't let the drivers on the circle intimidate you. Construction area is always bad. Lots of fast food and restaurants. Shopping is ok but like every town a lot of vacant buildings. Nice people. Lots to do.

The Taj was fantastic for food, Indian/Mexican and Middle Eastern all under one roof. Go peanut Hunting, over a 100 4ft Peanut models, we found Captain American and Elvis.

I had some good pizza at the red elephant pizzeria, the motel 6 was decent. I had a reservation at the super 8, but the chick there was rude and insinuated that I was trying to get something for nothing. Motel 6 was my next option and they were great

Been stopping at the campground [ Dothan RV] for 5 years in a row. Probably never going to stay overnight again in a motel nor buy a meal.
