Not again
The first receptionist I encounter was rude, disrespectful, and not helpful. I explained to her my flight arrived very early due to changes from the airline. I did arrive roughly 4 hours early (11am). I asked if it was possible for an early check in and was informed immediately no rooms were ready. Understandable, as I acknowledge I was early. I asked how early I could check in. I was informed check in is at 3pm. I was willing to pay extra and expected to wait considering how early I was. I agreed and I asked if they could keep my bags for me, which she agreed. I’m thankful for that. I came back and asked about a room at 2:17pm. Yes, I purposely took note of the time. I was immediately greeted with a harsh look at the clock then a No. I asked if she was only going off the time or did she actually look. I walked away and she stated a room was ready. I understand if this is policy but to be greeted with that type of attitude for what you charge is uncalled for. This was my first time there and I won’t be back. I’ll stay at the Villa Clay. Outdated but I definitely get treated better. Not to mention having to have my room key reset every day was annoying. Yes, I made sure the card was in a pocket by itself. This was definitely your system doing this. The cable in the room was horrible.
