Very nice, excellent location, great staff
It's a very nice, small guesthouse in a great Key West location. Our room was big enough, with a king bed and two comfortable chairs. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars has nothing to do with the place itself - because of the location, it was quite loud in our room (located at the very front of the building) when the trash truck came through at 6:00 a.m., and then delivery trucks started coming shortly after that. If our room had not been one of the ones at the front of the building, I think it would have been much, much quieter, and I would have given 5 stars. We will definitely return, and will just ask for a different room next time.

I stay at different places each time i go to Key West. This time i found my favorite! First let me say, no pool & no onsite parking BUT everything else was amazing. We use the beaches so a pool didn't matter. There was limited street parking or a parking lot that's about a 7 minute walk. The great things? Amazing, friendly staff! So kind Light breakfast was nice, but word on the street was that the donut store down a couple buildings was the best. You gotta get there early or they run out. Our room was just the right size. Decent sized bathroom which was great. Off the room was a shared seating area. Upstairs there's another seating area surrounded by the tree tops. You can sit out on the front porch as well. There are two GREAT parts. 1. Free happy hour since it's adults only. 2. Right off of Duval!! But still quiet. I will definitely stay there again!!

Localização e hospedagem excelentes
A hospedagem foi excelente. O quarto para 4 pessoas é pequeno, mas como passamos pouco tempo no hotel foi suficiente. O café da manhã é bem gostoso, com algumas opções como iogurtes, queijos, croissants. A localização é maravilhosa, conseguimos fazer muitos passeios a pé, o único ponto negativo é não ter estacionamento, apenas convênio com um que fica algumas quadras distante - ponto que pode ser decisivo numa possível próxima viagem já que estacionamento na rua em Key West é bem complicado

The house was beautifully decorated and provided a nice, quiet place to rest and rejuvenate. The room was very clean and had many thoughtful touches added. We would definitely stay if we are ever in the area again. The gentleman in the office was extremely helpful with parking recommendations. He was also very kind to hold onto our luggage after checking out while we picked up a few souvenirs and our car. The coffee at breakfast was top-notch as well as the raspberry filled crossiant. Everything is just as advertised.

Great stay . First B and B ? I have been to.
Im not sure why this only has a 2 star rating. Im not sure why i want to tell people about the hotel its so great. There is no parking, rent scooters , there is no bar or dining. You do get breakfast and little happy hour.

The hotel was nice and in a great location. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only thing is it’s twenty dollars to self park a day on top of the resort fee which we found out after our stay. The infinity pool is always packed so get there early. We would stay here again but not for as long as we did because of the parking fee!

tiny queen room
so we stayed in the smallest queen bedroom with a sloped ceiling and you hit your head getting in and out of bed! my friends and I had 4 rooms and spent like 4K. I left a shirt there and the people that would ship it wanted $35 to ship a shirt from the keys to Tampa area.

Worst room ever using hitel.com
The staff was excellent. Everyhing else was very disappointing. I have been using hotel.com for many years. This was the worst room i ever had. I realky think i have a concussion. The room was in the attic. So both sides of the ceiling were about 4ft. Shoukd not be legal to rent this room

El hotel, el desayuno y el manager del hotel totalmente increíble, de primera, 100% recomendable, lo recomendaremos a nuestros amigos y familiares!!! Muchas gracias hicieron nuestra estadía muy agradable. Me olvidé mi iPhone en el baño del hotel y el manager muy amable nos dio el alcance donde estábamos y me lo llevó hasta el auto. Muchas gracias!

The property is in a great location, everything is walking distance. The breakfast was nice with cold beverages, coffee, fresh pastries and more. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. My only complaints are the parking is a 15 minute walk away from the property and the “concierge” Amanda did not know a thing when asked for help with tour tickets and sent me to the wrong parking lot location. The other two members at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Fantastic accommodations
From the moment l gazed up at the front door l knew that l was going to enjoy my stay. The front of house was super accommodating pleasant giving me concise information for my stay. My room was absolutely beautiful with a super comfortable bed and amenities. Close to Duval st but far enough away from the noise. The supplied morning breakfast was tasty with a decent cup of coffee. Highly recommended

Very friendly staff, clean place and relaxing
We stayed 2 nights in June and Destinee was very friendly and accommodating when we arrived just before she was done with her work day and made us extra coffee. She had great suggestions for the area as well. The place is excellent for being central and still feels private. Nice breakfast on the terrace. Great communication before arrival as well. Would definitely stay again.
