Bra läge men urtrist rum
Utmärkt läge men förstås trappor. Urtrist rum (nr 10) med sunkig soffa o udda trämöbler, bara 1 sänglampa (dubbelrum), TV:saknades o åtgärdades inte trots samtal med restaurangen (där man checkar in). Absolut ingen städning under 3-nätters vistelse. Ingen garderob utan bara krokar på väggen.

Absolutely amazing location, couldnt be better for the old town. The restaurant view was just so beautiful. The room itself was was not great if you want luxury but as with most city breaks the room is just a bed to sleep in and your out all day exploring.

En voyage en couple fin octobre, nous avons été très satisfaits par la chambre. Le confort (faible éclairage dans la chambre) et l'agencement intérieur de la chambre ne furent pas parfaits mais la chambre était très propre, le linge aussi et changé régulièrement. La literie fut confortable. Le gros point fort de l'hôtel est sa position géographique idéale : à deux pas de la vieille ville avec le bénéfice d'une terrasse donnant sur les remparts et une petite crique tranquille. Aucune nuisance sonore! Les petits déjeuners, inclus dans le prix, furent copieux et pouvaient satisfaire aussi bien les amateurs de salé que de sucré, et vraiment très agréables grâce à la terrasse. Le personnel de l'hôtel s'est montré serviable, nous préparant à l'avance un petit-déjeuner à emporter pour nos journées d'excursions. C'est une solution d'hébergement avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix sans extra.

Phantastische Lage mit Blick auf eine touristisch attraktive Bucht und in der Nähe des Pile Stadtores. Große Wohnung, in der jedoch Abstellflächen fehlen, etwa für den Koffer im Schlafzimmer. Ansonsten alles bestens.

Fantastic place to stay, the restaurant was amazing and the family that run the place and really generous. Perfect spot away from the crowds but right by the city walls. Lovely view from your table. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

Empezando por lo bueno la atención es buena, y te reciben con algo fresco para beber. El desayuno es muy bueno y estaba incluido, la vista desde el restaurante donde sieven el desayuno es increíble. Es donde se fulfamoron ls escenas de kingdom landing de GOT. Pasando a los aspectos negativos, desafortunadamente tuvimos problemas con el baño, se inundó y desbordo de aguas negras, por suerte lo arreglaron ese mismo dia. Al otro dia se cortó la luz en las habitaciones (la zona tenía luz, fue un problema de mantenimiento) y estuvimos hasta el otro dia después del mediodía sin luz hasta que lo arreglaron. Ambos problemas fueron por falta de mantenimiento del lugar.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The location is fabulous, located within minutes of the Pile gate and right on the ocean with a great view of the old city walls. The staff are very efficient and friendly. The room we stayed in ( Luxury Apartment). Was stunning with an ocean view and a view of the West wall of the old city. The restaurant has excellent food options and is very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

It's very basic, ok to spend a night Location is great - right at the boarder of the Old Town, steps from the beach Room itself is clean, but lacks a coffee maker or a kettle. Also no blinds or curtains to block light in the morning Breakfast is included, but choices are extremely limited, no yogurt or fruit The worst part was on the departure - they refused to take credit card, and requested full payment in cash! (though their restaurant was taking credit cards the day before with no issues)

Avoid like the Plague
Our Ohran guest room is unsafe. There are several loose live electrical wires, mold growing on the walls, broken furniture, no fire alarm, and a missing a shower door. I have already slipped on the wet bathroom floor. The life safety issues are serious enough for the local authorities to intervene. The reviews that detail that it is a dump are correct. Those reviewers who mention a "view" never stayed in our courtyard-facing room. When I read about a terrace, I didn’t expect an interior-facing courtyard that is also home to the garbage bins and also has some rickety, broken old furniture and is ready to collapse even under the weight of a small child. My pictures accurately show the conditions of the room and the terrace. We complained to the managers and were given a room and private bathroom with a working shower. The hot water tank stored for only one short in duration, hot shower. My spouse had several cold showers. The mold was still present and obviously growing in this room as well. The room did have AC. The location is very good. The staff is very nice, and the breakfast was quite tasty. Dubrovnik had a limited supply of rooms in our price range once we arrived. Otherwise, we would have left. I don’t understand the how some reviewers rated this hotel so highly. I have studied the photos online again and they do NOT match conditions that I witnessed and endured. The place is a safety trap that should not house anyone until the electrical and mold issues are address

ピレ門から歩いて5分くらいのところにあるので便利でした。朝夕の食事付きのプランで、夕食はレストランのメニューから前菜とメイン料理を自由に選択できて良かったです。 トイレの水漏れやシャワールームが少し古かったですが、使用する分には問題なく、部屋は綺麗に清掃されていました。

The hosts are very friendly and quick to respond. The apartment is just outside of the old town and quite easy to walk to from the Split bus station.

The room was basic but very clean and you couldn’t beat the position. Once you found it down a couple of laneways the position was fabulous very quiet and right near the water. The breakfast area was on the water just behind Pile Gate. Would definitely stay again.

Good location
Location is superb . Need to walk a bit to reach the hotel . Be prepared for the steps . Service at the restaurant is good . Room conditions I will give a 3/5. If you are not particular about the room and steps , it is a beautiful place to stay .
