Very disappointing visit:
Our stay was unfortunately very disappointing. We had booked three rooms, but from the moment we checked in, it was clear the hotel had seen better days.
The hotel itself felt run down, with a general sense of neglect. The rooms were in poor condition. The most glaring issue was the terrible odor in all three rooms. The smell was musty and unpleasant, which made it hard to feel comfortable in the space. To make matters worse, the shower curtains in each room were either dirty or soiled, and the carpets were visibly stained and filthy. Walking across the floors left our socks covered in dirt, which was incredibly off-putting.
Another major issue was the bedding. The comforters on the beds had unknown stains that made us question their cleanliness. It was so bad that we had to go out and purchase disinfectant spray just to make the rooms bearable. We really did not expect to have to do that while staying at a "Quality" Inn.
The overall cleanliness of the hotel was a major letdown. We’ve stayed at many other budget hotels before, but this experience fell far below expectations. While the staff was polite, the state of the rooms and facilities made it hard to overlook the poor conditions.
In summary, I would not recommend staying at this hotel unless they invest in significant renovations and improvements to both cleanliness and upkeep. It was a disappointing experience, and we will not return to this property in the future.
