It wasn’t a good experience from arrival. We understand that there’s flooding in Dubai. No guidance or email to let us know of alternative route and where to park. We ended up searching for few hours to get into the Ibn Battuta Mall. We tried calling the hotel gor guidance but no answer at all. We had to park the back of Ibn Battuta Mall, waiting for another half an hour for available spot. We had to drag our luggages inside the whole mall to get to the hotel. The carpet room smelt so bad that we couldn’t sleep. I had to buy room spray to spray the room! The location is fine but the hotel could do the necessary to inform guests. This is standard hotel 101 protocol! and procedures. Hope this can be improve and future guidance. Thank you.
