The hotel is very good; we’ve stayed there before. The front staff and bartenders were great. Housekeeping really dropped the ball this time around. It would have been helpful to know that they only come every other day. We called the desk asking for coffee to be sent up when we saw they had not come, so we could have some before our shower. At the same time we asked for 1 extra towel (they only provided 2). We received these with no problem. We did not have a soap dish, so we used a to go coffee lid. Housekeeping did come that second day and when we returned late that night, we found they had thrown away the only soap we had for the sink, taken our extra towel and did not replenish the coffee. We called the front desk and asked again for an extra towel and a new soap bar, letting go of the coffee issue. When they hadn’t come by midnight, we called again and asked if it could be left outside the door. In the morning, we had 4soap bars, and 4 bath mat towels. At this point we thought calling and complaining pointless. The next day it was scheduled, housekeeping did not seem to come. Bed not made and room did not seem to be cleaned. However, they had been in and took all of our towels again only leaving us with two. We did not even bother to call front desk. We made do with what we had. Coffee in room was never replenished so we had to go to lobby each morning instead of the convenience of making it in the room.
