Mixed experience at this hotel. First impressions were positive—the staff was friendly and willing to help, which I really appreciated. However, there were several issues that made the stay less enjoyable. The hotel shares space with the Crowne Plaza, but the signage is confusing and made it difficult to figure out where to go. I paid for parking with my reservation, but it wasn’t clear where to park. It took about 15 minutes to find the right spot, with misleading entrances labeled for Staybridge. I even had to pay $3 just to turn around in a self-pay deck I mistakenly entered for less than a minute.
One of the biggest disappointments was the balconies. They were heavily advertised for the suites, but when we arrived, they were taped shut and not usable. We also didn’t have enough washcloths for the entire stay and couldn’t reach room service, so we had to grab towels from the gym. The free breakfast was decent, but if you’re vegetarian or vegan, options are very limited. Additionally, one of the pillowcases had makeup stains from a previous guest, and we couldn’t get them changed.
Overall, the room was comfortable and the location was great, but the parking hassles, misleading amenities, and cleanliness issues made it not worth the price. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
