We extended our stay and i would say from the first room and the second room there pros and cons in both the bed was hard as a rock in the second room cleaning service was spectacular very attentive close to the tram and train station very quiet area would recommend staying here

The staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast was included with our booking. They had a good selection of items. I only wish they had potable AC units but I heard AC are not common in Paris which seems odd as hot as it gets. Very uncomfortable to sleep if you are used to cold but overall I would come back in a cooler time of the year.

It was not possible to open the window in one of the rooms which made it very hot, the fan just moved the hot air around the room. The transport links were good. Food choices in the area were international rather than french.
