Non abbiamo dormito perché non c’era nessuno!!!
Vergognoso!! Da urlo!!!! Non abbiamo potuto dormire!!! Alle 10.30 ci siamo trovati in una situazione drammatica eravamo in 4 Non sto a dettagliare com’e andata la nottats!!!! Dovete togliere questa struttura salva sito!! Come faccio a chiedere i danni che ci avete causato!!!!

Furchtbarer zustand
Der Teppich war dreckig.im Zimmer fiel der Putz von den Wänden und die Dusche war voll Schimmel.eine zumutung.der Garten vorne würde als Müllkippe benutzt. Morgens stand auf dem Tisch eine Dose mit cereals.toast.milch U Marmelade. Überhaupt nicht weiter zu empfehlen

You get what you pay, missing hospitality
Would describe it like a hostel, but you have your private room and toilet. Everything very simple, not really offering breakfast service. If the “staff” would offer more friendly service, it would be ok for younger and easy travelers, but as this is not the case I cannot recommend it.

Well located dump......
No in room bath as advertised. Room dingy and run down as was the whole house. Only thing that worked right in bath was the shower. Breakfast was ok, cereal and toast. Location great, right next to beach. Parking limited.

Not a B&B - a youth hostel
We didn't stay. Walking in, the building didn't look secure or safe. Room was bare and we weren't comfortable, so we walked out and found other accomodations.

Terrible experience the Room was terrible there was nobody there in the morning to give me a Breakfast never again ! I knocked at the Kitchen where it said Staff only but got no answer had to go down town for something to eat !

When I arrived at the property, a random person opened the door for me. Even though I was there during 'check in' time, nobody was there to help/guide me. When a lady arrived after some time, she said that she is sorry but she has no rooms available, it's a first in - first server policy!!! Then, I had to find another accommodation. This lady she even said that someone else was trying to find another accomodation but everything were far and expensive. She was not supportive at all and she couldn't care less. I am amazed that this kind of property is part of www.hotels.com ...It's just a nightmare accomodation place!! Please remove it!!

Abysmal.
Bare bones is a generous description of this place. Advertised as being non-smoking. The cigarette smoke was so thick it permeated everything. No seats on the toilet. Not clean. No cups for coffee. No toiletries, although advertised. Stay away from this place. We had to leave after a couple of hours because it was so bad. Not even poor hostel quality.

Again, don't stay here.
The current pictures online are not of this hotel. The conditions were awful, we didn't have a toilet seat and asked to see other rooms which were in worse condition. Very disappointing.

Un espanto!
Después de mucha insistencia, nos abrieron 2 jóvenes desorientados. Las instalaciones en un estado deplorable, antihigiénico. Lúgubre, bolsas de basura por todos lados, objetos tirados, habitaciones en estado de abandono total!! No tengo fotos, lamento! Es un FRAUDE!! Es peligroso, la familia encargada del lugar entra y sale de prisión (informe de la policía local). Los lugareños no saben qué más hacer para que lo cierren! Tuvimos que salir huyendo! Nunca lo pudimos usar y SE QUEDARON CON NUESTRO DINERO!!!

We booked a triple room on 16th June for 9th July as we were performing in the Queen of the Seas festival. I got a message at 1.16pm to say that there was a problem with our booking. It seems that he got a booking for the Friday and Saturday night so he let out our room,. He said that he would try and get us another room and booked us into The Quality Hotel in Redbarn which is about 8 km away and we had no transport. We came by bus so that we could have a few drinks at night. He gave us €60 the difference in the price of the hotel and one taxi. We called up to the house to collect that money and asked for Zordan. He was in Dublin and he had left 3 young girls approx 16, 14, and 12. in charge. some of them were in there pyjamas lounging around a shabby untidy living room . (could also do with a coat of paint) We got the taxi out to Redbarn for the €20.to change our clothes. Now we had to get another one back into town €20 We also found out that it was another €10 for our breadfast. So another €20 to get back to Redbarn at 12.00am and after breakfast another to get back to Youghal to catch the bus to cork. We were glad that we did not stay there because of the condition of the place and what would the Breakfast be like.

The check in times are given to 22 PM. I arrived at 21 o'clock, but no responsible were encountered. One guest opened the door and told me that no ones there and I should try it again later. 2. Test after half a hour waiting, i'm tired. Surprised faces when I told them I had reserved a room for the night at Evergreen House. The rooms are all occupied, and a booking on my part she knew nothing. She then phone consultation held at the out has found that they had probably overlooked the booking. We had already booked one month before departure.

DO NOT STAY HERE
Customer service was appalling. This is a hostel not a hotel. Cancelled on the day of my booking when I had already travelled to Youghal. It has a very bad reputation, probably a lucky escape.
