Worst experience
This property is a private apartment building that is locked; there is no reception at all. The owners misrepresented the situation, made no arrangements for me to gain entrance. I stood out in the rain ringing the bell for 15 minutes; nobody answered. I only got in to the entryway because somebody came out of the building. The elevator was broken, I walked up to the fourth floor where the property was supposedly located; all the doors were locked, no one responded to knocking. After an hour, of waiting, asking next door, trying contact through the Hotels.com app, I was finally forced to drag my luggage in the rain to get overcharged at a nearby hotel. The owners never apologized for this, expressed no concern for the experience, and refused to help me with a refund, stating I had to deal with Hotels.com/Expedia for that. When I tried that, the chatbot said the refund needed to come from the property, then disabled the chat. Sad that such irresponsible people are taking people's money, and that travel sites work w/ them.

O hotel é muito bem localizadp, perto do metrô e 2 pontos de ônibus com muitas linhas. O quarto era limpo e confortável, fiel as fotos. O único problema foi o check-in, ficamos 45 minutos esperando de pé, com malas, na porta do hotel, enquanto telefonavamos e mandavamos emails até aparecer alguém lá. Isso depois de avisarmos com antecedência o horário da nossa chegada, que era dentro do horário estabelecido da recepção. Depois que resolvemos tudo, foi ótimo, mas ficar com as malas na rua foi bem ruim, sorte que foi de manhã.

This was perfect accommodation situated in a lovely area. The room was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again next time I visit Rome.

The AC wasn’t working, we were provided a fan, the garbage can in the bathroom wasn’t emptied prior to our arrival, the bed & pillows were not comfortable, the room was on the 4th floor & the lift wasn’t working when we got there. That issue was remedied quickly though, the room was much smaller then anticipated. The staff was accommodating though so that was a plus

Really amazing hotel room with beautiful balcony views and a little fridge, three blocks from the Spanish Steps and close to the Trevi Fountain so we were able to visit both everyday. I would definitely stay here again as check in was easy and so was checkout (just leave the keys on the counter when you leave). They were also able to call a car for us on the day we left that took us straight to the airport really early in the morning, it was 75 Euros cash and the driver was early and helped us with out luggage. The bed itself was comfy (and there was even a cute little space to hang out and read and look out the balcony!

Do you know why the streets of Rome are so clean? Read on…there is no on site staff or service, which would be fine if there was a commitment to service. After sending multiple unanswered emails and hang ups when we called directly, we checked in after an 1.5 wait outside the property with all of our luggage. Once we were checked in, we were shown our room. It was small but manageable. We had paid extra for a balcony which we discovered fit two people standing only. There were flower pots filled with cigarette butts. All of this was not amazing but manageable. Then the AC stopped a few mins after got there. The staff person was still on site so we asked and he said it would be on in 10 minutes. We went out and when we came back the staff person was still there and said he was waiting on the AC technician - on a Saturday night at 10pm? Doubtful. We went to bed and left the balcony window open. During the night the garbage trucks, the recycling trucks and the street cleaner cleaned up the streets of Rome under and near our room 😂 Since the first night we did not see or hear from a staff person. We emailed 3 times, asking for an update, a fan and to advise the wifi was not working with no response. after multiple calls someone answered the phone and said they would be at the property in 20 mins. We did not see anyone.I have never left a review but this hotel (or whatever it is) is madness. We haven’t slept in 2 nights. Btw the elevator fits 1. Location is 5 stars.

Excelente ubicación, bonita la habitación. Nunca tuvimos señal de wifi, se reportó quedaron de checarlo, ya no respondían los mensajes y llamadas. No es un hotel, no tiene recepción, personal en las instalaciones, hay 3 habitaciones en el edificio, en diferente piso. El elevador muy reducido, una jaula de 60 cm de ancho. No tuvimos tampoco apoyo para el resguardo de maletas a la salida, el check up es a las 10 am. En el check in no había nadie, nos dejaron las llaves bajo el tapete de la entrada

Guests need to be mindful that there is no front desk, which was clearly indicated so that was on us, not the hotel. The location was amazing, and the room was beautifully decorated. We were very happy there. The water was not always hot in the morning although it was lukewarm enough for a shower. The hose option in the shower did not work. The bathroom is very small, could use a little bit work, but very comfortable. I would recommend this as a great place to stay if you want to be in city center. Location was perfect.

Loved this boutique hotel. The room was bright and cheerful. It even had a small balcony. The internet didn’t work well. That was the only negative thing I can say about the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here, it was a clean environment and we were near a variety of attractions. We had a couple bumps in the road such as the WiFi information being outdated and a couple leaking windows. The room was pretty small but it was just big enough for a short stay. We were happy that they allowed us to store our luggage. It was overall a good experience.

I enjoyed my stay in the sense that I had a refrigerator, hot water, WiFi, and access to an elevator. The location was also prime, the room was decorated nicely, and the property staff was friendly. I must note, however, that there are wood ceilings in the room which I thought were charming but unfortunately small rock pebbles would fall into my room from the people walking above. I also dealt with ants and there was a slight mildew odor in the room. Overall, I would say that my stay was average.
