Very convenient location.
Nice hotel internally in the lobby.
The hotel room is basic, just a bathroom with a shower and a bed with TV. The bed is a small double but an upgrade in quality wouldn't go a miss - the same with the pillows. The view from the first floor window isn't great. Though I did get the cheapest double bed room and for one night, it was fine.
I had the cooked breakfast and that was good. Lots of choice. 9am, it was busy. There was a queue. However, the restaurant space is large with lots of tables and we'll run by the staff.
I liked the option of renting the umbrellas. £2 for 48-hours. Although it wasn't needed it was still a nice touch.
For a valentines trip, I got there for 5pm to drop the luggage, and then returned after midnight.
I would stay again but for maximum two nights unless I spruce for a more expensive room.
Clean. Well maintained. Good breakfast. Convenient. Location.
