The "hotel" is not really a hotel, but a hostel/backpacker-place. Location is good, and the staff is friendly. Expecialy the front clerk was nice, polite and helpful.
Thats about all we can says that is positive about this place.
Our room was an annex, that used to be a fast-food-cafe/hole in the wall. It was moist, not clean, had spider wire, insect-pupes, and insects in pretty much every corner.
We asked them to clean the room, and they did. It was slightly better when we came back after having a stole around town - the city center is only a short walk away.
The shower was partially open air, only one of three water taps worked etc, etc.
The breakfast is included, but its not outstanding in any way. Even situated in the capital of Costa Rica, the number one coffee-country in the world, the coffee looked and tasted more like the.
The beds wasn't very comfortable eighter.
All in all a pretty crappy place - that we dont recommend for others.
