The in room tablet which is supposed to give you access to room service, music, your folio, etc never worked. I stopped by the front desk and was told oh we will make a note of it. Then the toilet, it was cery wobbly, at first i thought it was the lid, no it was the bolts. When i told housekeeping, they said go to the front desk and they will tell maintenance. I did that and i was flippantly told, "call Expedia". I was not looking for or asking for a credit, but when the staff does not care enough to make sure things are working and safe, that is a giant red flag. How housekeeping can clean the toilet and the floor around it and not notice (most likely didn't care) the issue is beyind me. When i was checking in on the 26th, the South Tower had no water and i was placed in the North Tower. I called Hotels.com/Expedia and they were told by the manager they were not crediting the stay. That was not the reason for the call. I called and asked for the manager, she did call over 4 hours later and left a message but I was busy. I will attempt to speak with her again. This was a horrible experience. I travel frequently, and I have had better service from one star properties than this so called "resort"!
