We stayed here for two nights while visiting Osaka, and it was a great experience overall. The location is fantastic, with quick access to the train station and close proximity to Universal Studios Japan. They offer access to a morning onsen for 500 yen, which is a great deal, though it doesn’t provide the same luxurious experience as the full spa. You don’t change into traditional wear, and access to outdoor areas and some interior baths (which are being cleaned) is restricted, but everything else was still enjoyable and is more private than if it was open to the public for those who are a little uncomfortable with the idea of a public onsen.
The view from the hotel is beautiful, and the staff are all friendly and accommodating. The on-site restaurant is delicious, but the bakery and other stores don’t open until after checkout and close too early, which was a bit disappointing. Parking is reasonably priced, though you can't come and go, but with the city’s public transportation, this isn’t much of an issue.
Overall, a great stay and a solid choice for those visiting the area!
