Very nice property but bad customer service
Great property but the people who run it aren’t so great. Bad video sent, was really small to view even on the phone, the door key pad on video was different to the actual one which caused confusion, the number on video different to number given by hotel. Then the keypad instructions were incorrect it told me to enter a number followed by +#. There was no + or #. There was a bell and inside the bell there was a #, and this was barely visible. On entry lights didn’t turn on and difficult to walk inside in the dark. Lift not working. Lift worked twice in 2 days, old lift that requires doors to be closed. Good luck if you have heavy luggage. And when I called for assistance I was greeted with woman telling me constantly to look at video. I had disturbed and interrupted her and it was apparent. Nothing for 4 days, terrible customer service. I am not stupid but was treated that I was. I travel a lot and I use to run a travel business. And even if I wasn’t a good traveler, nobody should be treated like that. Customers who arrive and have to do a self check in need good information and a video should be updated. If they have changed the keypad it should be the new keypad on the video. I will never stay at this property again. Also a message at the end to ask me to book direct and get a 10% discount to avoid booking with hotels.com no thanks
