This is a well restored old building with a nice large traditionally furnished room. There is no on site reception and there was only a link to an unhelpful answering service via the provided link. We found the direct number of the helpful owner on the web and key handover was unproblematic after speaking to him. Noise from an adjacent room is heard loudly. The Wifi network worked only intermittently and the absence of local management made it impossible to fix it. These flaws unfortunately reduced the quality of our stay.

Von außen machte das Hotel auf mich einen eher skeptischen Eindruck. Ohne den Anruf des Hausbesitzers hätte ich vermutlich Schwierigkeiten gehabt, den Eingang zu finden. Das Zimmer hingegen war wunderschön – rustikal, angenehm warm und gemütlich. Besonders das Bett war ein Highlight: groß, mit einer weichen Matratze, hochwertigen, dicken Bettlaken, kuscheligen warmen Decken und perfekt passenden Kissen. Ich habe schon lange nicht mehr so gut in einem Hotel geschlafen – es war einfach unglaublich angenehm. Ich glaube, dieses Hotel wird eines meiner Favoriten in Fulda. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Besonders hilfreich fand ich, dass der Hausbesitzer mich trotz der Anleitung in der E-Mail angerufen hat – ein wirklich netter Mensch!

Toll gestyltes Zimmer in Mittelalteroptik, das was hermacht. Aber leider folgende Mängel: 1. Habe vor Anreise keine Info zum Zugang bekommen (Buchung über Hotels.com war bezahlt) und ging von Anwesenheit des Vermieters aus. Ich stand dann vor verschlossenen Türen bzw. Schlüsselkasten und brauchte 30 min und mehrere Telefonate, bis ich die Codenummer mündlich mitgeteilt bekam. 2. Nicht markiere Bodenstufe im dunklen Holzboden ist auch bei Tageslicht kaum zu erkennen. Schreck beim Schritt"ins Leere" - zum Glück ohne Sturz. Sonst hätte der Vermieter für Verletzungen haften müssen. 3. Abends im Bad kein Warmwasser. Nach Beschwerde beim Vermieter morgens dann doch. Das technische Problem ist dem Vermieter bekannt, die Lösung war vor Ort machbar, ein Hinweis darauf fehlte aber.

Sehr schöne Lage mitten in Fulda. Dennoch gute Parkmöglichkeiten und auch Ladestationen für E-Fahrzeuge in der Nähe. Sehr schönes Fachwerkhaus. Toll renoviertes Zimmer. Schöne Betten. Komfortables Bad. Alles sehr sauber. Die ganze Innenstadt von Fulda ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

Sehr heimeliges Zimmer mit super Aussicht und wir haben uns wie daheim gefühlt. Was uns gefehlt hat, ist so ein kleiner Klapptisch in Couchhöhe - vielleicht bringen wir das nächste Mal einen mit und lassen ihn dann dort. Das Zimmer Johannes ist wirklich toll - kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen , Fussläufig zur Innenstadt . Betten bequem , sauber , Wasser / Tee/ Kaffee standen bereit . Wir haben die vorherigen Rezensionen unterschätzt bezüglich der Lautstärke. Bis in den Morgenstunden Gelächter , Gegröle von der Straße / Kneipe ?!? Bei offenen Fenster kein schlafen möglich . Ab morgens 6.30 Uhr begannen verschiedene Gewerke zu hantieren . Wer da sehr empfindlich ist , würde ich eine andere Unterkunft präferieren.

Alles war top. Nur wir wurden nicht erwartet kam kaum rein und keiner wusste was von unserer Buchung. Aber man hat uns danach sehr freundlich aufgenommen.Das natürlich alles unter Berücksichtigung von Corona
