Be very careful!
This was not the stay I anticipated. Not the cleanest and you have to use the duffle bag they give you and make the bed. My biggest concern was the heater. It is a propane space heater and mine wasn't working. It went out every 5 minutes. It was starting to get cold at 8 p.m.I hung out but I really couldn't deal with the leaking smell of propane in fhe wagon. i had to leave and find somewhere else to stay. It was non refundable which was no good.i just wanted clean and warm of which it was neither.

Loved the running of the horses!
We were upgraded from a teepee to a wagon, which was a great thing since there were lots of storms and rain. It was nice and warm with the heating and super fun. Less fun was the run over to the bathrooms that were definitely substandard. All that could be forgiven on a dude ranch at the end of season, but some of the staff were very unfriendly and seemed as if they really didn't want to be there.

They were confused as to when I was coming and when I shoowed up wanted me to jump through all sorts of hoops to prove to them that my reservation was for the day I showed up. I had reserved bedding and towels and expected to pay for those, but when I got there they informed me that this didn't include pillows?! We left.

Problematic
First, the good: great view, great location, relatively inexpensive, cute restaurant with decent food. The bad: rundown, crooked tipi with uncomfortable 70s-era mattresses (our light was a dangling headlamp with low batteries!), hideous bathrooms (we were there for two nights during which nobody cleaned out the mud puddles by the shower or the creepy black hairball in one of the showers, the bathrooms stunk of urine, and a sink, a shower and the ceiling were broken). Dust everywhere which could have been helped by some graveling of the roads. Indifferent staff who seemed to look on guests as a cash cow. Tips: There is a hidden tip in the restaurant bills (read carefully) and you have to pay extra for sheets and bring your own pillow. And if you’re in a tipi, use the bathrooms down the hill by the cabins. They are much better. I rarely write negative reviews but this place put me over the edge. They don’t seem to care.

Grazie al servizio clienti Expedia ho dovuto dormire in auto dopo aver pagato 140$ Bagni sporchi e inutilizzabili Ho richiesto la pulizia della tenda e mi hanno risposto di farmela da sola. Expedia non può vendere strutture del genere e la ritengo responsabile

You do not want to stay here. Checkin took over an hour due to a mistake in the reservation, and rude/condescending staff created a very negative experience for our family. We cut out trip short and left after one night. Bathrooms are very run down and dirty. We did not know about the pet fee ahead of time and did not know ahead of time that cooking was not allowed.

The tepee was mildewy. There was a rain catcher inside the teepee. There were some cots and some bed frames pushed off to the side in the tent in addition to on the ground. We left immediately after going inside the teepee. The place was not well maintained. Do not book this property unless you don't mind at all where you sleep.

Wagon nights
We stayed in the wagon. It was a different experience than your typical hotel room. There was no bathroom in our wagon but one easily accessible to our wagon. Surprisingly it was warmer in the wagon at tonight than what was expected.

Cool idea but everything is old and run down it’s very unfortunate this could be a really cool place if it had some TLC. No cleaning is done at all to the bathrooms or the facilities as a whole unfortunately

Fuyez cet endroit, les photos ne représentent plus du tout l’état actuel et le manque d’entretien! Regardez les nombreux commentaires négatifs! Personnel froid à l’accueil qui est juste là pour empocher votre argent et qui ne se tracasse pas de l’entretien de son établissement et du confort de ses clients. On vous demande de payer 20$ de supplément pour avoir des draps pour une nuit (certes c’est écrit en tout petit quand vous réservez mais qui voyage avec son sac de couchage?) ! Les roulottes sont très sales, poussiéreuses et n’ont plus été nettoyées depuis longtemps. Les douches sont horribles, très sales, eau stagnante, sombre (une lampe ne fonctionnait pas). Support pommeau de douche cassé. A se demander si elles sont nettoyées… A cela ajoutez le bruit des pickups qui tournent autour du camp tard le soir et tot le matin.. Nous avons également étés embêtés qu’il n’y ait pas de machine à glaçons ni de de robinet pour remplir les gourdes,…

Beautiful setting. Shared bathrooms are filthy. Area around wagons are littered with cigarette butts and other trash. Shared bathrooms are filthy. Since this is a horse ranch one can expect mud and dust; but, put a mat outside the bathrooms to wipe off your shoes. Mud and dust does not explain the mold on the bathroom walls. Knowing there is mud everywhere, bathrooms need to be cleaned more often; after camping for 2 days I was looking forward to a shower, I'll have to keep looking!

Do not stay here. We got a teepee for one night thinking it would be fun. First you have to make your own beds. I’m sorry cots. You make your own cot. They give you sheets and a cheap comforter when you check in. No pillows! The cots are very uncomfortable. But what is worse is the facilities! The bathroom is gross. One shower was out of order and the other two were barely functioning. The toilets are stained and stink. The floors are covered in filth. Only one sink worked. In the morning you must strip the bedding and return it to the front desk. The cafe says it opens at 7am, but when I phoned at 7:05am to inquire when they would open they acted like it was an inconvenience to open the doors for the dozen people waiting outside. I wish I could give this place negative stars. Hands down the worst place we have ever stayed.
