When I arrived they did not have my reservation and were not prepared to help me in any way. No one spoke English. A visitor to the hotel helped interpret. They told him that they had no rooms. It came out later that they did have a suite. Ultimately it took me two hours to check into the suite, which I had to pay for in full even though I had already paid on-line for a room. They took no responsibility to sort this out with Expedia. Expedia is trying to sort it out with the hotel's reservation department. So far no luck.
Also the food is not great. There is no room service. And again no one speaks English. I would strongly suggest that Expedia remove this from their list of hotels.
