"It has a beautiful Chinese garden and friendly staff. in general, the room is comfortable and clean, except my non-smoking room had a strong smoke smell one day after I return from my outings. The staff changed room for me but it just shouldn’t happen in the first place."

However it was VERY hot in my room, at one point it was 27c. Clearly the Air Con wasn't functioning so I asked reception. They sent a technician who proceeded to LIE about the situation saying it would take time to cool down. Eventually they admitted that they had turned off the Air Con for the whole hotel to save money and gave me a cooling...

I am a frequent traveler both for business and leisure and this was the best bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel, spacious and moden rooms, amazing breakfast, and much more. Unfortunately, there are some middle age men with large keychains in their belt that runs around -especially in the reception area - shouting loudly at each other and staff.
