Arrived later than I had anticipated due to traffic conditions and needed to get checked in and on my way to an appointment. KK got me checked in quickly and efficiently and on my way to my appointment! "It was a good pit stop for our family. Above all, we felt the rooms and the hotel were exceptionally clean. The elevators had some issues, it wasn’t a good experience but the crew was working to keep everyone moving, so I appreciated the hustle to keep them going. The pool deck is a beautiful place, even with our kids and few others, it was still quiet and chill. FYI- GREAT food at the hotel and on the pool deck. "
