After my initial reservation elsewhere fell through at the very last minute, this motel came through. After a hot, stressful afternoon, checking into a room with excellent air conditioning was fantastic. The room was small, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I paid more than I would have if I wasn’t pretty much desperate, but this place saved the day.

Very pleasantly surprised - for a low budget motel The room, (Ours at least) was clean, the bed felt new, the bathroom bright, clean and tiled with real ceramic. It felt like there was a recent extensive renovation. Not a great neighborhood being right on a main road with its traffic and not much to look at on the outside but we were very satisfied and would stay here again.

Room smelled awful. It smelled like stale smoke. Bed was lumpy. They charged me for the smoke smell that was there when we walked in! I was called a liar!! I don't even smoke! It was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. I highly DO NOT recommend staying here. If I could give a zero I would!

Great pizza across the street. The bed was super comfortable. Cleaning staff were nice and helpful. The mgr was short, rude, inconsiderate... Rude..wifi sucked. I had to use my own wifi teathered from my phone.

first the price was way to high $200 a night for a room that was not worth A pair of dirty smelly socks found in drawer in bathroom tiny bathroom with dispensers of shampoo and shower gel that did not work Very noisy People shouting and banging that made the room shake after 1am Tried to call to tell them we would be late They did not answer phone Upon arrival no one at desk Door was open Had to shout for someone to help us at 10pm

Older facility, that smelled musty. Carpeting could have been vacuumed better. Bed was OK for comfort and cleanliness. Hotel fronts a very busy highway, so road noise is evident day and night. Could use a total refresh.

Air conditioner was broken and made a terrible noise when the fan kicked on. Fortunately weather was very mild during our visit so we just turned it off. Otherwise, everything was fine. Clean and reasonably priced.

The mattress almost ruined our trip it was rough you lay on your side and your hip hits the box spring. Otherwise it was nice and clean and the staff were excellent and very helpful. Nice e big dumpster to throw your trash away the price was outstanding.

Sink top, toilet, and shower were cleaned. Sink cabinet, mirror,,and hand lotion bottle had old dried on stains. As did the chair in the room, table, top and dresser top. No easy access for electric electrical outlets to charge cell phones and accessories. Mini fridge Was brand new and clean. That was helpful.

The desk clerk was impossible to find and not friendly at all. There was nothing posted about wi-fi passwords and repeated calls to the desk were not answered. Location is awful.

Found dead flies in the beds and the sheets were stained. I would not expect much from an inexpensive room but I do expect it to be clean.

This place was not clean. How management could rent it out is shocking. It look like it hadn't been vacuumed for weeks. Debris on the floor of the shower. Even the surfaces needed wiping. Calls to the office went unanswered. So while I reserved the room for two nights, I left a night early because I was so uncomfortable. No email address offered, and I don’t want to deal with speaking to the unfriendly woman at the desk again, even though I should receive a partial reimbursement. People should not rent here.

The frozen heater was extremely loud. Old and tired. Would not recommend however it was very inexpensive so you get what you pay for.

I work until early AM and the front desk complained that I didn't check in by Midnight, the towels were ragged, there were someone else's dirty clothes left in one of the chest of drawers and when I got in at 3 am the last night I was there the fire alarm went off at 4 am, yet there seemed to be no need for it to be going off, because the fire department never bothered to show up and last but not least, when I got up that morning at 10:45 and went to take a shower, there was no hot water and the front desk proceeded to tell me that if I didn't leave by 11:30, I would be charged for another night. They never fixed the hot water, I had to take a cold shower. Really, the place sucks and unfortunately, I have to go back there next weekend to complete the job I am doing in that area, and there are no other hotels at a reasonable rate for weekend nights in that area. Lucky Me

Room smelled so I bought a candle and tried to turn the TV on. Tv not working. They said they would fix it the next day. I have my laptop so I’m good. Went to use the bathroom and there was piss in the toilet. Ok, gross,I’m done. Room still stinks so I’m outta there. Had to pay for the nights stay and I’m still waiting for the refund for the other 5 days. This place should not be an option.

A cockroach crawled across our bed before we got settled in. Got a new room that had cobwebs collecting dead bugs in the corners. There was beard hair on the back of sink, and dust & hair on the toilet & base boards. We Switched to a beautiful Holiday Inn in Pittsfield.

Never went to this place ,apparently it was under construction and you sent us to a very crappie place and the place was very dirty and smells like mold.
