My friend and I had a lovely 4 night stay at Hesperia, Seville. The hotel was located, with beautiful decor and an excellent breakfast. The hotel reception staff were very welcoming, professional and friendly. Alberto was very helpful and fun at check in. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself was nice and in a good location. There was lots of restaurants and shopping possibilities nearby. We were unhappy as we chose the hotel as it was told there's a gym at the hotel. There isn't. The gym is located in the spa center next to the hotel and you need to pay for that. For a family it would have costed EUR60 per one time to go to the gym. We felt we were cheated with the wrong info. The hotel staff was very nice.
