Inside was beautiful and very comfortable. The owner Rebecca was very friendly, helpful and a delicious cook. She knew her wines and helped us make good choices. The grounds were nice and the new owners are continuing to make further enhancements.

If you like traditional bed and breakfasts in 300 year old homes this is just for you! We absolutely loved staying here! Rebecca the owner/ host is so sweet and accommodating. Rooms are clean and comfortable. If you are lucky Rebecca will make her French toast for breakfast! The little winery outside had great wine, live mystic and sometimes food trucks. Great location as well. Few minutes from misquamicut and 25 minutes from Narragansett beach. 10/10 highly recommend. We will be back next summer for a weekend!

Unfortunately, the inn missed the mark. The room lacked basic comforts. You cannot adjust the heat/cooling and it was so hot we opened a window. I get it's an old home and not thermostats in rooms but it was soooo hot. The closet spaces were not utilized very well. 4 bugs on bathroom floor on arrival. I guess nobody checked the room prior to our check in. Breakfast was very small assortment of breads and fruit and the table next to us was served a bad looking omelet thing with bacon sitting on top. Passed just based on look. The jelly on the table was the little glass individual ones and the one on our table was 2/3 gone leaving a teaspoon in it with crumbs. Not to sanitary looking. Normally I think that would be disposed of after use but maybe not. Sitting area looked pleasant enough but hiking up the stairs and lack of any comfort in the room not worth the trade off and not a cheap option. New owners just need to visit other inns to get a feeling for what works in a room. Not enough places to set bath items, soap tiny dry pathetic thing not usable. No place to set towels, a chair was cloth and kinda dirty, and stained carpet in sitting area. One side table by bed. Pictures on site look better than reality.
