If not for the location to the train we would have left. We actually landed from a late night flight and needed a place to rest. The room smelled horrible, the carpet was very old and soiled. The price was much more than we paid a few blocks away later in the week for a much cleaner and upgraded room.

Poor cleanliness. Poor atenttion. Terrible facilities. Awful housekeeping. Excessive prices. We had to do our beds because there wasn’t housekeeping to the rooms. The toilet didn’t flush properly and we ask for maintenance and had to suffer two days with this problem. Expedia, please don’t recommend this hotel. The price is too high according to what they offer.

The floor under the air conditioner was wet for about 4 feet from the wall. No one came to check it. The shampoo and body wash was empty when I got in the shower, i got out to call front desk to bring some and the phone wouldnt work. Then I called using my cell phone and no one never answered for over 20 minutes of calling. I was told to park on the street or i could paek in the garage for $25. The street was lined with bars and the key card wouldnt open the garage gate. 2 trips inside from up the street to get parked. Very hard to get in and out of the hotel.

AC did not work. Scaffolding outside of window would not allow window to open. Requested service several times and reported to front desk several times without problem even being checked. Coffee area wet from over spilled coffee with wet sugar packs left and dry(who knows how long since it was even checked) spilled coffee under tray not cleaned up. Luggage guys standing around not acknowledging or helping guests. For $400 per night I expected better service. Come on Hilton - you should do better!
