No air conditioning in room. Supposedly most rooms don’t have Heat or air in the rooms. Front desk gave me a fan but it was so stuffy and hot . Worse night sleep. I would never come back.

Konumu gerçekten mükemmel. Otelin hemen önünde cable car durağı bulunuyor; ayrıca birkaç dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde otobüs durakları var. Bu sayede San Francisco’daki turistik yerlere ulaşım oldukça kolay. Sabahları kahvaltı yerine kruvasan, muffin ve kahve ikramı yapılıyor. Bina yaklaşık 100 yıllık olduğu için içeride hafif eski bina kokusu var. Ayrıca odalarda merkezi klima ya da klasik ısıtma-soğutma sistemi bulunmuyor. Üşüdüğünüzde resepsiyonun odaya taşınabilir bir ısıtıcı verebildiğini söylediler. Bunların dışında konaklamamızdan oldukça memnun kaldık. Özellikle konumu bizim için otelin en büyük avantajıydı ve şehri gezerken ulaşımı çok kolaylaştırdı. The location of the hotel is excellent. There is a cable car stop right in front of the hotel, and several bus stops are only a 2–3 minute walk away, making it very easy to reach all the main tourist attractions in San Francisco. In the morning, they offer complimentary croissants, muffins, and coffee. Since the building is around 100 years old, there is a slight old-building smell. Also, the rooms do not have air conditioning or a standard heating/cooling system. If you feel cold, the staff can provide a portable heater. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay. The location was definitely the best part and made getting around the city very convenient.

HOTEL IS CLOSED

THIS HOTEL DOES NOT EXIST. It is now owned by the city. I think as a homeless shelter or something. We were sent to Park Central Hotel which was wonderful.

I was informed upon arrival that I couldn't stay due to them being a pop-up homeless shelter. I never received any form of communication alerting me to this, nobody is at the phone at the hotel to even check this, and now they're refusing to refund me the $610.41 I paid to stay there. Avoid this hotel, period.

EVITAR ESTE HOTEL

Me han cancelado mi reserva de 3 noches y se han quedado con la totalidad del dinero de la reserva. He intentado ponerme en contacto con ellos por todos los medios posibles y no han respondido a nada. Son unos ladrones, evitar este hotel a toda costa.

The room was clean and well-lit, and the staff were helpful. The hotel is in a super-convenient location, though the front door could use some more visibility to find, because I almost walked right past the hotel when I was first looking for it. It took me a while to find my room, because the signs for where the different rooms are located were inconsistent. The room was clean, well-lit, and provided plenty of towels and toiletries. I did appreciate the quick free breakfast, but would have appreciated actual coffee to go with it instead of just hot water for tea. I'd recommend this place if you need somewhere quiet to stay the night, and want a convenient location to all of what downtown SF has to offer.

hidden fees but good service and clean

Not until we arrived did I learn that there was a $30 per night 'facilities fee'. Also I had to pay $40 per day for parking, while most places around provided parking with a room. So when you're looking at the price here add $70 per day if you want to compare apples to apples.

Hotel was not able to accommodate checking in early, which OK not a guarantee with hotels. When we did finally get to check in there were no towels, our room was tiny, stains on all over the carpet (bring slippers!), & the bathroom setup did not make sense. It had a tiny sink with an oversized faucet so water would get all over the floor when you used it. Also, the toilet paper post was practically on the floor so it’s an awkward stretch from the toilet. The room gets very cold at night, no adjustable thermostat in the room which is ridiculous! When we asked the front desk about they said they would try and find us a portable heater - never received one. I would avoid this hotel at all costs! Pay whatever it is to stay at a decent place.

Awful, first room, No widow, over 95degrees, a closet with a bed stuck in it. Terrible not at all like the photo. Staff assisted the second room, better, again no window. Floow ac unit blowing air into the room. Needless to say, I fell ill the next day with an awful sinus infection. Photos are a misrepresentation of the rooms.Hotel staff was super nice. All in all.

Have to illegally go down a street to access property per staff. Also staff does not answer phones at thw front desk and waited for 30 minutes on hold fpr a manager when they hung up on me. Rooms are extremely small.

Rude and incompetent staff

The staff was awful and rude. Upon check in they were pleasant. We then called later for instruction on their valet and they could not answer our questions and were put off they we were even asking. Then asked face to face and the receptionist told us to not drive. So rude and inappropriate.

I wish I could talk about exceptional service except it’s only how exceptionally horrid it was. We arrived in the evening for our check in and could not find where to park to use the valet service so we called the hotel. After asking for our number and confirming we had a reservation, the front desk staff was unable to tell us where to park or how to take advantage of this service. We were told to take down a number and call someone else who might be able to hep us. They were also not able to tell us. We found the nearest parking garage that allowed overnight parking and carried our luggage the block and a half. The coup de grâce was the next morning when asking about the said valet service while we checked out. The exceptional staff told us we should have ignored all posted road signs and turned down the street illegally and park illegally. That statement was then followed up with the excellent advice of “Next time just don’t drive.”

The hotel it’s self is so cute and great if you are just there to sleep and shower. Because the room was so tiny haha we walked in and bomb the bed turn around boom sink but other then that I loved the staff and parking was not included and not that cheap to valet. But nice cute place to stay. In the middle of everything.
