Staff were excellent and the hotel itself is beautifully appointed and well located. My only issue was some rather unpleasant looking stains on the leather bed frame and headboard. Had I been staying more than 1 night I would have reported this during my stay.

An ok stay in a popular area.
As a weekend trip to London to see a show and shopping, the hotel was well place. The decor in the room was a little tired. The first room had several issues: no heating, the phone did not work, the coffee maker didn't work....but we were moved quickly. Several of the staff on reception were very friendly, which compensated for the other half who weren't so pleased to be there. I can't say it was poor, because it wasn't....there were just niggles.

The location is great with easy access to attractions in central London. While the room was comfortable, it is in need of an update: the television turns off on its own and window blinds not closing fully. There is always a short queue during check in and check out. Room was bad and preferences never acknowledged. Moved to a room that literally smelled foul. They moved me to a third room. Breakfast good with nice service. Housekeeping did a good job. Front desk clueless - like it's everyone's first day - and that included front desk managers (including the woman who didn't seem to care if the room she put me in smeeled foul). Manager was good. There is another Radisson Blu across the street and that one isn't as fancy - but I have stayed there and I'd suggest people save money and go there - just as good if not better!
