Great location for us as we enjoyed the short walk to the High St. for shopping. Tesco was across the street. And Savernake Forest was on our doorstep for hiking. The room was clean and staff were helpful. Just as you would expect for a Premier Inn.

Exactly what I would expect from a large chain hotel. Reasonably comfortable beds, good amenities, clean property, pleasant staff. No bells and whistles, but it works for a good night's sleep.

On arrival I was charged again for the room I had already paid for in November. After I checked and realised I'd been charged twice, hotels.com were extremely helpful and in the end the management at premiere inn did refund my money ( that's still not in account) the manager there was very helpful and apologetic. Overall it was a good night in the end.

Good overall, but it seemed to be running on a skeleton staff of about 4 or 5 people at any time. This increased wait times and being able to find someone to help you. The restaurant ran out of 3 main items - prawns, salmon and ribs. So this limited choices. I think the prawns were a country wide supply issue - but still limited.
